Job Summary: We are looking for a creative Marketing & Communication Coordinator to handle planning, implementing and monitoring the company Social Media platform according to our strategy. In addition, he/she will be responsible for planning and implementing analyzing campaigns for ZRE and BDD, along with all promotional and branding items. The Marketing & Communication Coordinator will be covering all events in an interactive and innovative approach in order to increase company awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
Ensure that the organi zation' s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
Create and analyze reports for the campaigns
Create and analyze quarterly social media reports
Develop and implement yearly a thorough marketing calendar for ZRE & BDD separately by taking into consideration other department’s input
Create content for the social media calendar and implementing it across Social Media platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn) for both ZRE and BDD
Perform social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
Reply and engage with followers on social media
Live coverage of all events f l agged by the team
Represent BDD & ZRE in all events, workshops and seminars
Working closely with other departments for events’ communications and branding requests, promotional items and landing pages
Develop creative briefs and communicate strategic objectives to third parties to ensure projects are completed in alignment with strategy
Keep website updated in a timely manner with latest news, updates and changes and seek site information from departmental key individuals
Create weekly newsletter for the BDD community and extended community, keep TV screens across BDD updated as well as App Highlights , BOT and New Sections
Create and execute outreach communication plans for events organized by BDD and/or partners
Identify topics, themes and stories for the BDD Blog and coordinate with third parties to create the articles. Issue articles on the website in accordance with the marketing calend a r and review and a nal yze statistics of the blog.
BA in Business with Marketing specialization
1 – 3 years of experience in Social or Digital Marketing
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of Social Media platforms and tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), Google Analytics, SEO

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based on demand information around the company’s profitability, stability and liquidity. The candidate will research and analyze financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports, monitor financial movements and track performance against forecasts. The candidate will also prepare financial reports and presentations summarizing the Group's financial performance in select areas.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a n Accountant to process all types of financial transactions, including handling of accounts receivable , recording journal entries, reconciling bank statements and handling petty cash. T he role also includes follow-up on various regulatory aspects including handling and follow-up on built property tax and municipality declarations for the Group’s various real estate properties. We are looking for a Software developer to build, implement and enhance the functional programs at ZRE. Your duties will primarily revolve around building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also be involved in setting up and directing system test s and validation procedures

Run proof of concepts to connect ZRE software with third party software
