The operations supervisor will be responsible for the day to day operations relating to the fulfillment and executions of the clients bookings.
- Managing Supply and Signing up service providers
- Supporting the service providers and the Drivers
- Training of drivers
- Making sure all the service providers can work, replacing them if there is any sickness or strike
- Making sure all drivers are ready to work and no issues exist with their App, Vehicles, and phones
- Making sure all visits are started and ended
- Preparing daily reports regarding:
- Total number of booked visits
- Total number of cancelled visits
- Reason of cancellations
- Actions taken.
- Good IT background
- Good communication in English
- Must have the willingness to be standby in case of any issues happen at night
