Job Description

Ecomz.com is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Intern  who will be working with a team of marketing professionals to enhance its advanced e-commerce management platform.

 

When and where?

Location: Beirut Digital District

Start Date: Immediate

Terms of hire : Internship (3-6 months); paid transportation

 

About the Internship

As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will have a hands-on experience in assisting a team of marketing professionals and  coordinating between different departments in a dynamic fast paced environment. You will also learn the fundamentals of the latest marketing tools and trends!

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate between the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a successful marketing campaign
  • Help the marketing team on field in executing events
  • Perform additional projects based on interests and skills
  • Learn the fundamentals of different marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Socialbakers, SEM Rush
  • Conduct market research
  • Assist with social media engagement by helping the marketing team manage the social channels and communities (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook…)
  • Track marketing data, maintain databases, and prepare reports on a regular basis

 

Requirements 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or pursuing a career in Marketing
  • Thorough knowledge of G Suite, Google Drive tools, and Microsoft Excel 
  • Data oriented and detail-attentive
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication  skills (written and verbal)
  • A driven, motivated, and passionate character
  • Enthusiasm for constantly learning new skills and information
