Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated account manager who will be contributing to sales boosts, customer satisfaction and retention, and to the growth of the platform! You will be a point of contact for key client matters and you will ensure that our clients grow with us!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Grow sales in a portfolio of accounts, while developing and maintaining positive relationships with merchants
  • Contact and help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop online and offline sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Manage and enhance the sales pipeline
  • Actively participate in scheduled internal meetings and company events
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Liaise with different departments after each signed deal to ensure proper project delivery
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis



  • 1 to 3 years of proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Deep digital understanding
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in English
