Job Description

Schedex is a tech startup that provides a smart, automated, and flexible employee management & scheduling Software as a Service for hourly workers and shift-based companies in the food and beverages and hospitality industries. 

On a mission to change the future of work, we are looking for a motivated, empathetic and confident Business development and sales associate to grow our sales.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and iterate an efficient sales process while working closely with the CEO
  • Research, prospect, qualify and contact potential leads in the food and beverages and hospitality industry
  • Initiate and close remote and in-person sales deals
  • Understand the needs of the clients and respond effectively with a plan
  • Clearly communicate the feedback of the potential clients to the technical team
  • Perform onboarding of potential clients to the Schedex platform
  • Learn and utilize the latest software tools in order to accomplish your sales goals
  • Manage and assist existing clients

Who and What We Are Looking For?

  • 0-3 experience in sales (preferably in technology)
  • Experience or strong familiarity in the F&B and hospitality sector
  • You hustle hard and have entrepreneurial DNA. High stamina and amazing negotiation skills – you don’t fold under pressure. In fact, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills – able to speak and listen effectively; great written, verbal, and presentation skills (Arabic and English)
