Job Overview

Neo Mena Technologies is currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to enrich their skills via and grow as part of a team in the heart of digital innovation.

You will be involved in managing projects execution and day to day support for our various software products. This is a key customer facing role where strong individual and cross-functional organizational skills are required.

You should be an excellent team member where you'll be identifying risks, organizing communications, holding stand-ups, writing detailed tasks for your team and doing any of the hundreds of things good project managers do to keep their projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage multiple technical project(s) in accordance with the company's projects pipeline
•Serves as intermediary between technical teams and product managers
•Directs projects from initiation through implementation and delivery
•Plans and direct schedules
•Guide projects through to completion on time and within scope
•Solves project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking and communication
•Coordinates with Development & QA teams
•Ensure all assets, documentation, project plans are handed off in a timely manner
•Technical resources - ensure cross functional technical resources meet timelines/deliverables.
•Ensure team meets timelines/deliverables.
•Solution Scope - Maintain / document original scope. Identify areas for customizations.
•Solution Roadmap - maintain on-going solution roadmap including customizations to account for data quality, reporting, additional feeds and leverages new product releases

Skills & Experience

* Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Management, MIS or any related field.
* 3+ years of experience in any of the above related fields
* Experience working in an Agile environment utilizing associated project and test toolsets required. Scrum and JIRA preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, risk analysis, and decision making skills required.
* Exceptional self-management skills and strong proactive approach on meeting business demands required.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively on different accounts
