Full time Admin-Clerical Customer Service

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Ÿ          Ensures resolution of tickets received, general inquiries, complaints & requests in a professional, efficient and timely manner,

Ÿ          Ensures proper handling of all types of transactions using our Admin Interface,

Ÿ          Identifies Fraud Patterns and ensures appropriate follow-up with concerned departments,

Ÿ          Answers in a prompt & efficient manner the Inbound calls by assisting callers who have general & particular inquiries or questions,

Ÿ          Performs Outbound calls mainly for Customer Satisfaction and Transaction Validation,

Ÿ          Updates Customer Accounts status and profile based on an assessment of predefined factors,

Ÿ          Analyzes, Categorize received tickets, ensure escalation and appropriate follow-up,

Ÿ          Determines & Escalates major problems, issues or complaints and propose solutions for enhancements & improvements.

 

Qualifications: 

Ÿ          University Graduate/under graduation

Ÿ          Prior Customer Service experience is a plus

Ÿ          Tringual English & Arabic & French
