Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on CRM & Ecomz dashboard
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients
  • Contact clients daily and answer all related questions via phone, email or chat support
  • Making 50-100 calls daily – Keeping record of each call
  • Securing sales appointments per month
  • Conduct needs analysis during call to advise on required service
  • Securing new clients subscriptions per month
  • Following up on incoming leads
  • Compile and submit sales reports
  • Assist with client servicing requirements
  • Meeting of KPI's and sales targets
  • Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Cold-calling, negotiation skills, B2B, closing skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM software, livechat…
  • Excellent spoken & written communication in English & Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability of managing multiple tasks
  • Strong work ethic

  • Operate in a very fast-paced and challenging environment, as well as adapt to changes and manage multiple high-level priorities.
  • Participate in market analysis to determine client needs and competitive positioning.
  • Mentor new team members as our organization grows.Provide customer service to our merchants.
  • Occasionally meet clients on their premises


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business is preferred – holders of certificates in other fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • Formal computer training an advantage
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all level decision makers.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Outbound Telemarketing Sales Calls
  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, Live Chat...
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with EXCELLENT Data Entry Skills.
  • Ability to research companies via the internet.
  • Ability to chat with clients on a daily basis
  • Ability to develop trust/rapport and determine who contact is at potential client.
  • Excellent English & Arabic skills (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good phone manner
