- Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry such as product descriptions,
images, company info...
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Customer support. Answer all related questions via phone, email or chat support.
- Reply to community questions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Operate in a very fast-paced and challenging environment, as well as adapt to changes and manage multiple high-level priorities.
- Mentor new team members as our organization grows.
- Provide customer service to our merchants.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of business is preferred – holders of certificates in other
fields are also encouraged to apply.
- Formal computer training an advantage
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
- Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
- Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all level decision
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
