Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry such as product descriptions,
    images, company info...
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Customer support. Answer all related questions via phone, email or chat support.
  • Reply to community questions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Operate in a very fast-paced and challenging environment, as well as adapt to changes and manage multiple high-level priorities.
  • Mentor new team members as our organization grows.
  • Provide customer service to our merchants.
  • Troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business is preferred – holders of certificates in other
    fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • Formal computer training an advantage
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
  • Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all level decision
    makers.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
