Responsibilities: 

  • Set appointments and arrange meetings to the CEO and the HR Manager
  • Book and manage Trips (visas and flights)
  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handle external or internal communication 
  • Manage clerical or other administrative staff
  • Organize, arrange and coordinate meetingsSend mass emails and SMS to users

    Qualifications:
  • BA in Business Administration or any equivalent field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as executive assistant
  • Good in English is a must
  • Responsible, Organized and Welcoming personality
