Job Description:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to sign-ups.
  • A Sales and Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
  • The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.


  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends through interviews, phone calls, etc.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing strategy (including offline and online via our social media platforms)
  • Develop and execute digital strategy (Social Media strategy, content creation, community management, online ad campaigns, and more)
  • Execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Recruit, train, and develop, a team of sales and marketing-focused ambassadors
  • Lead, motivate and retain the ambassadors’ team to ensure attainment of target
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience and corresponding KPIs through appropriate channels (on-ground activities, calls, landing pages, newsletters, push notifications, workshops, etc.)
  • Write an ambassador guidebook that is scalable and could be replicated in other countries
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data and analytics (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, sales, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends


  • Proven experience as sales and marketing specialist or similar role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and writing skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • MS Office and online applications knowhow (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Good time-management skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • BA in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
