  • Enters requests into the database with accurate information.
  • Maintains the call center database and update the contact log.
  • Provides service by answering customer questions and offering assistance.
  • Handles calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Call Center Specialist Skills and Qualifications

  • Good listening and verbal skills
  • Fluent in English & Arabic - French is a plus
  • Exhibiting patience and confidence with a diverse clientele
