Job Description


TUMO Beirut is seeking a driven and experienced professional who will lead the TUMO Center in Beirut and will be in charge of the operations of the center from implementation of the TUMO educational program and activities, to coordination of activities between TUMO Headquarters and the local center in Beirut.



  • Recruit and directly manage TUMO Beirut team including learning coaches, workshop leaders and administrative team members
  • Interface with local counterparts such as local government bodies and manage relationships with students and their parents
  • Responsible for representing the TUMO values and pedagogical philosophy in the local community
  • Responsible for the overall team management, student enrollment and the facility management
  • Act as a leader motivating the team and ensuring that they carry out their functions effectively and efficiently
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of the center activities including work distribution, quality monitoring and action plan follow up
  • Monitor the quality of delivered workshops and provide feedback to the headquarters
  • Support and encourage the professional development of the team members and provide necessary feedback and guidance to those who need improvement
  • Regularly monitor the workflow and processes and make necessary proposals for improvements to maximize the productivity
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Represent TUMO Beirut in community events, meetings and host visitors
  • Ensure the effective communication with students, parents and local counterparts with the support of the TUMO communication department
  • Manage all the questions related to visiting workshop leaders and staff
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with potential students and their parents, supporting all the recruitment and marketing efforts to expand Tumo student base and ensure their retention



  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university
  • Highly dynamic and active personality with proven experience of team management
  • Ability and willingness to lead, guide and motivate others towards a common goal
  • Ability to assess and prioritize the different elements of a situation or problem and identify critical issues
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership qualities, agility and previous experience with managing dynamic teams are essential
  • Experience in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, including written communication, personal interaction, and public presentation in Arabic and English
