Job Description

PawPots is looking for a talented Customer Service & Operations Manager. The selected candidate must coordinate the kitchen operations, delivery and ordering in addition to customer service. Ideal candidates would be dog/cat lovers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries (call/chat/e-mail/social media)
  • Update CRM with new or existing clients
  • Handle accounting: invoices, expenses, clients, suppliers.
  • Order, receive and inspect quality of raw materials
  • Supervise cooking and packaging operations
  • Prepare and oversee delivery operations

 

Job Requirements

  • Have strong customer service skills to handle customer inquiries.
  • Skilled at administrative tasks, such as personnel management, accounting, data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Dog/Cat lover is a big plus!
  • Experience in food catering is a plus!
