Job duties and Responsibilities
- Receive customization requests from Sales team; verify each request against a formal Purchase Order; identify the needs in terms of software, graphics, and other deliverables
- Responsible for all aspects of customization creation for Ecomz pay stations including customization options, back office/advanced feature sets
- Record and track all requests into the ticket system through Jira
- Responsible to keep the lead time for customization deliveries as per manager’s expectations
- Supply assistance to clients when submitting customization forms; collect needs and help them to understand how the platform is working and what can be modified to accommodate their operational needs
- Maintain a documented repository of all customization including binaries, specifications, and useful information to rebuild a new configuration with the same context
- Escalate of major issues to technical support staff and/or management
- Responsible for testing each customization delivery prior to forwarding it to the Merchant and Validation department
- Propose procedural and product improvements relating to the platform and customization; contribute and participate in continuous improvement of Ecomz website
- Provide backup support for Help Desk department if needed and when time permits
- Support customers in all aspects of software troubleshooting and resolution
Job requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or any related field.
- Experience with spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- 2+ years of Technical and design background or business background
- Good command of English both oral and written, added languages are an advantage
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver with focus on quality and great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable to clients’ different personality types
- Ability to work and deliver with minimal supervision
- High organizational skills
