Job Description
The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for selling new or existing services and programs to prospects and/or existing clients. Working in sales, the ideal candidate needs to build and maintain successful relationships with our clients, connect them to the right people in our team, identify business opportunities and objectives to maximize our business reach and potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake research leading to identifying market sizing, customer segments, customer profiling.
- Reach out to prospects and existing clients.
- Assess our relationships with prospective and existing clients and take necessary measures to help us maintain and nurture those relationships.
- Good understanding of all the programs and explaining to clients how they would benefit from it.
- Connect the clients to the teams corresponding to their needs.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with managers to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Research potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
- Contribute to and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Follow up with client contracts and key communications.
- Track expenses to make sure we are on track to hit revenue and profitability margin targets.
- Track operational deliverables to ensure key milestones are met on time and within budget.
Job Qualifications:
- A degree in business, economics, engineering or the equivalent in relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of work experience is required.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Education as a Service, training and executive education programs is a big plus.

- You are a fluent communicator in English. Comfortable speaking, presenting and winging it if you have to. And you do that in sales pitching, presenting to a group or in every day 1:1 conversations.
- You can take part in developing solid technical and financial proposals.
- You are obsessed with achieving your team and individual targets. You don’t take your job just as a 9-5 obligation. It is about how many wins you score for your team every day.
- A keen observer, you read the room right. You understand, collect and communicate client feedback to us regularly and effectively. You adapt your pitching style to your audience.
