What we are looking for - Media Buying Executive
Do you have a passion for digital media buying?
If so, we are currently recruiting a Media Buying Executive to join our publishing teams at Webedia Arabia. You will be an experienced Media Buyer with an established track record in driving platform growth across channels. You will also be creative and love analytics and preferably have experience in growing audiences with a focus on quality traffic with a strong sense of media planning.
What you will do
- Drive the business audience growth through optimized media buying activities across multiple channels
- Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (Direct, Free Search, Paid Search, Paid Social Media, Associates, GDN and Other) and device (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Create tracking (tagging) and reporting systems for campaigns and platform performance and establish KPIs
- Develop, conduct and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas, test and optimize landing pages
- Create traffic driving (high relevance) ads (support in copy writing and visuals) and execute continuous improvement initiatives for internal publications and external clients via our brand solutions team
- Work with 3rd parties to facilitate both traffic and conversion growth (working with media buying agencies and Social Media company reps).
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly comprehensive End Of Campaign reports for recurrent and occasional online campaigns with a provision of recommendations and optimization tips for company and suppliers
- Collaborate and support the Ad Operations team to ensure successful campaign delivery across all channels
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Computing, Marketing, or related fields
- One year of experience in Media Buying or related fields
- A native English and Arabic speaker. French is a plus
- Display integrity and be a strong team player with the ability to work independently while also successfully collaborating with peers
- Have a solid knowledge in Web Analytics; expertise working with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter etc...
- Own a deep understanding of working with digital/media platforms and leveraging the relevant tools to drive growth
- Knowledge with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Understanding of online media industry, Google Analytics, & Ad Operations tools are a plus
- Knowledge of Ad Management platforms such as Google Ad Manager (DFP) is a plus
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership and commitment to continuous improvement
- Show passion for consumer marketing, with experience in turning data into actionable insights
