Job Description
- Manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously
- Oversee the implementation of ERP modules in line with ERP strategy
- Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to established policies, procedures, controls, and standards
- Ensure the system is aligned with the organization and its processes
- Define needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research and development within the project life-cycle, technical analysis and design, support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions
- Assist project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases of standard project management methodology
- Facilitate the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle
- Implement and maintain systems security
- Coordinate with the network on maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT platforms, systems and applications
- Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles
- Effectively prepare for and address project issues, risks and / or changes that may arise and generate measurement reporting for management and stakeholders
- Conduct trainings to teams
- Support, challenge and coach team members to achieve organizational, departmental and individual goals while facilitating development opportunities
Technical knowledge, skills & abilities required
- ERP implementation experience for large enterprises
- ERP Expert Oracle JD Edwards
- SQL scripts development for queries
- Finance and accounting
- MS Office
- In-Depth knowledge of computer systems architecture
