Job Description
A Lebanese startup is looking for a dynamic, organized and driven Communications Officer to increase visibility and keep steady growth. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be tech-savvy, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
A background in graphic design or digital marketing is desirable but not mandatory. Must love pets and understand the dynamics behind online marketplace community management in the service sector.
Job can be remote but two office days per week are required as a minimum. Job is for 6 months, renewable. The position is entry-level and open to fresh graduates.
Expected skills:
- Excellent communication skills and creative spirit
- Exceptional oral and writing skill, ability to compose engaging content
- Willingness to potentially become the face of Sidelick
- Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
- Understanding of the best practices of main social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset
Daily Tasks:
- Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials, including blog posts and social media content
- Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social channels, including community management
- Track analytics and create reports detailing successes and failures of communications campaigns (KPIs)
- Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards
- Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Punctually assist the Operations Officer
- Onboard and train new members of the community
- Ask for feedback from customers
