Job Description

Duties

▪ Participate in the analysis of current and future needs 

▪ Improve and add features to the current platform 

▪ Develop new user-facing features 

▪ Enhance the platform for maximum speed and scalability 

▪ Finding a balance between the graphic design, the technical  implementation, and the user-friendliness 

▪ Define the website appearance and the functionality of new features

▪ Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code 

▪ Handle key client projects and critical bug fixes 

▪ Lead and supervise the team handling the project as well as help them  develop 

▪ Train junior frontend developers and interns 

▪ Build reusable code following best practices 

▪ Build code compliant with SEO conventions 

▪ Build readable and performant code 

▪ Technical support 

Requirements 

▪ 3+ years of experience 

▪ Experience in the field of e-commerce is a plus 

▪ Leadership skills, proactiveness, and solution orientation 

▪ Fluency in English 

Skills 

▪ Node Package Manager (npm) 

▪ Angular (Latest) 

▪ Angular CLI 

▪ Angular Universal is a plus 

▪ HTML5, CSS3, Javascript(ES6), Typescript 

▪ RxJS 

▪ Basic bash commands (Windows and Linux) is a plus 

▪ Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a plus 

▪ Empathy (communication and collaboration) 

▪ Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways  to work around them. 

▪ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, basically Git.

▪ Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will  adhere to them
