- Spearheading process and service excellence, we are planning on transitioning towards a digital ecosystem and slick processes using modern project management frameworks.
- We are looking for a business process intern to assist in the implementation of multiple business analysis, process reengineering and system implementation projects, using industry best practices.
- The profile is also expected to recommend improvements and evaluate the efficiency of potential changes made to our business processes.
- The profile should demonstrate a clear attention to details, an out-of-the box and structured thinking and good knowledge of business processes, business analysis, organizational development, lean management, and project management

Responsibilities:
- Deep dive into the process inventory and develop an in-depth understanding of the activities, roles and responsibilities of each department
- Assist in deriving preliminary observations from documented processes particularly in the following fields: Similar activities performed by different roles, departments, Time sensitive activities, Paper-based / manual activities, Time-consuming activities, Activities flagged as high risk by risk type
- Plug all risk components into the related risk model to derive priorities - Assist in the documentation of any business analysis, process reengineering, organization change using Global Gate’s templates and BPM (Business Process Notations)
- Assist in the completion of specific data and document migration projects (Core System/SharePoint/HR/other) by ensuring proper documentation and indexation as instructed
- Assist in the completion / documentation of business cases, user guides or video tutorials using Global Gate’s related tools
- Assist in drafting job descriptions for newly created job positions 4 / 4
- Assist in consolidating the needs of the different business units in well-organized excel sheets to be communicated to contracted vendors -
- Constantly update and enhance the documented process inventory to reflect any changes triggered by automation or the enhancement of business operations
