The Communications Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of retainer and project-based clients including the development and execution of communication plans and programs, coordinating with other support team members to ensure the successful completion of each task, being the primary point of contact with clients and conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas to ensure that work is being implemented ethically and according to TRACCS’ standards, systems and procedures.The Communications Manager should be able to manage the day-to-day requirements of all his/her accounts under the supervision of a senior manager or director, and must meet with the clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to review progress on plans, brainstorm on new ideas and tactics and plan for future tasks.
