MyTeem is a dedicated provider of back-office and patient support services to medical practices, committed to delivering exceptional quality and reliability. Our mission is to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for our clients, allowing them to focus on delivering the best possible care to their patients. We are looking for a skilled Pipedrive Consultant for a one-time project to help us set up and navigate Pipedrive CRM.

As a Pipedrive Consultant at MyTeem, you will be responsible for guiding our team through the setup and effective use of Pipedrive. This is a one-time consultancy role aimed at optimizing our sales processes and client relationship management through Pipedrive.

Essential Functions

1. Provide expert advice and hands-on support in setting up the Pipedrive CRM system.
2. Customize Pipedrive to meet the specific needs of MyTeem, including creating custom fields, pipelines, and workflows.
3. Conduct training sessions for team members on how to effectively use Pipedrive’s features, such as importing data, tracking client progress, and automating emails.
4. Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training materials for future reference.
5. Offer insights and best practices to maximize the utility of Pipedrive.
6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the setup process.
7. Provide troubleshooting and support during the initial implementation phase.

Competencies

• Proven experience with Pipedrive CRM, including customization and data management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and support team members.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using other CRM tools and software is a plus.
• Prior consultancy experience is preferred.
