Responsibilities:

Job Title: Technical Project Manager for Banking Solutions

Location: On-site - Corniche Al Mazraa

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead banking solutions projects. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with scope, budget, and timelines

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project plans, resources, risks, and budgets
• Coordinate with technical, functional, and client teams
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget constraints
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients
• Manage change requests, risks, and issue resolution
• Ensure successful UAT, go-live, and client acceptance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience specifically in technology and/or software implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Vendor experience is required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
