The Padelist is more than just a sports company — we are building the largest padel community in the region, with 30+ courts across Lebanon, Canada, and Qatar, a growing app that connects thousands of players, and a vision to make padel accessible, exciting, and professionally managed. Every time a player steps onto a Padelist court, their experience depends on strong operations behind the scenes.

We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Manager who will play a central role in expanding our ecosystem through strategic partnerships, revenue innovation, and market growth. This is not a generic sales role — you will be shaping the future of padel’s expansion in the region and beyond, directly contributing to how The Padelist scales, monetizes, and becomes the reference point in the sport.

Your Mission:

You will combine the drive of a dealmaker with the vision of a growth strategist. You’ll not only bring in partnerships — you’ll design the pathways for sustainable growth, ensuring every collaboration contributes to The Padelist’s position as the leading padel platform.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Padel Ecosystem Partnerships

• Build and grow high-impact partnerships with sports federations, lifestyle brands, hospitality groups, retail chains, and corporate sponsors. Position The Padelist at the heart of padel’s cultural and commercial growth.

Lead Revenue & Growth Initiatives

• Own the full cycle from sourcing and negotiation to closing high-value deals. Identify new revenue streams across events, digital platforms, sponsorships, and innovative advertising models within our venues.

Scale The Padelist Network

• Support expansion into new geographies and venues by securing the right strategic partners. Leverage data insights and market research to identify where and how The Padelist can grow fastest.

Champion the Business Model

• Design monetization frameworks around ad spaces, brand activations, tournaments, and app integrations. Align every initiative with The Padelist’s long-term scalability.

Strengthen Current Partnerships

• Deepen relationships with existing partners, creating growth plans that maximize mutual value and turn one-time deals into long-term collaborations.

Collaborate with Marketing & Community

• Work hand-in-hand with marketing to create co-branded campaigns, fan engagement initiatives, and on-site activations that bring padel closer to people.

Represent The Padelist Globally

• Be the face of The Padelist at key sports, lifestyle, and entertainment events, building our reputation as the industry leader in padel growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience (5+ years) in business development, partnerships, or growth roles within sports, lifestyle, entertainment, or other high-growth sectors
• Startup & Scale-Up Mindset — thrives in fast-paced environments, adaptable, resourceful, and always a step ahead.
• Deal-Maker with a Track Record — history of negotiating and closing high-value partnerships that directly contributed to revenue and brand expansion.
• Growth Strategist — able to design and execute revenue strategies that blend partnerships, marketing, and product opportunities.
• Analytical & Results-Driven — strong command of KPIs, revenue forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Communicator — can pitch, negotiate, and inspire stakeholders at every level. Skilled in presentations and comfortable with tech tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
• Sports Passionate, Padel Advantage — deep interest in sports and lifestyle industries; direct experience in padel or racket sports is a major plus.
• Collaborative Leader — works across teams (marketing, ops, product, community) to ensure every initiative lands with impact.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Master’s is a plus.
