Job Description

Prospair Vision Consultancy is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring that the company’s financial processes are in compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process and record transactions accurately and promptly in the accounting software.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheets.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with tax filings.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures and policies.
• Conduct audits and assist with financial audits when necessary.
• Collaborate with the CFO and other departments to provide insights on financial performance.
• Support in the preparation of cost control reports and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
