Job Summary:
We’re seeking an Account Manager with a strong agency background to manage client relationships, lead project execution, and ensure top-tier service and results. You’ll act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results
• Lead regular check-ins, status meetings, and presentations
Project & Campaign Management:
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs and manage project timelines
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns across various channels
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Strategic Support:
• Understand client goals and market trends to support strategy development
• Provide input on creative direction, media planning, and marketing solutions
Reporting & Analysis:
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Share insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for assigned accounts, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost tracking
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget while maintaining profitability
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth billing and financial reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong grasp of marketing, branding, and digital media
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
• Experience handling multiple clients and projects
• 3+ years in account management at a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency
• Understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media strategy
• Certification in marketing, project management, or digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, PMP)
