Job Description

We need a go‑to motion designer who can translate charts, indicators and crypto concepts into scroll‑stopping visuals.

What You’ll Do

• Animate 2D explainer videos (3‑8 min) with voice‑over and data charts.
• Create short vertical teasers (≤60 s) for Reels/TikTok.
• Design static or light‑motion infographics for social posts.
• Deliver assets in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 formats; iterate quickly from brief to final.

Must‑Haves

• Strong reel showing motion graphics / explainer work.
• Expert in After Effects (or similar) and basic video editing.
• Ability to visualize numbers—think equity curves, bar charts, indicators.
• Reliable, self‑directed, good communicator (Slack/Zoom).

Nice‑Haves

• Experience with crypto, fintech or data‑heavy topics.
• Familiarity with sound design and subtitles.
