Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Contact customers who are no longer interested in the company’s services to reverse their decision
🔹 Make follow-up calls to see how customers like a product and whether it is working properly
🔹 Document the outcome of each call in detail
🔹 Escalate customers requesting additional help to the appropriate departments
🔹 Identify problems and suggest viable solutions on the spot
🔹 Play a critical role in identifying churn trends
Qualifications:
🔹 BA/BS degree or equivalent
🔹 Previous customer service or call center experience is preferable
🔹 Ability to handle rejection and meet retention goals
🔹 Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills
