Internship overview:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening CVs.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires and interns.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and activities.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to support the HR team.
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
