Creative Manager – Beirut (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our design team full-time in Beirut. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role will oversee the development and execution of all creative deliverables — from concept to final output — ensuring every project reflects the brand’s vision, visual standards, and storytelling quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality designs and campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and ensure design consistency across all deliverables.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to develop fresh ideas, brand identities, and design systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior designers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and social media teams to align creative direction with brand strategy.
- Review and approve creative output before client submission to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Stay updated with design and content trends to bring new ideas and innovation to the team’s work.
- Support internal creative presentations and client pitches with moodboards, mockups, and visual storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role within an agency or design-driven company.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience leading design teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to commute to the office daily in beirut
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

TOTAL SALARY PACKAGE: 1,200$ - 1,500$
