What will your day look like?

• Assist our clients to achieve a great customer experience.
• Efficient record of transactions according to customers’ need.
• Open and close cash register to ensure cash control is maintained from the beginning till the end of your shift.
• Maintain an adequate and accurate cash count at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Follow security practices and compliance guidelines to protect customer information and report the case to the concerned parties if needed.
• Smile, it’s contagious!

You are the Customer Service Representative we are looking for if you have:

• BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• Active listening skills.
