We’re an off-market listings platform for MENA used by real estate agencies to find inventory and close faster. Backed by top VCs including 500 Startups and Plus VC.

Role overview
Own the top of the funnel: identify the right agencies, reach the decision maker, and secure qualified meetings for management.

Core responsibilities

• Cold call agency owners using a clear script and objection-handling playbook.
• Research & list-build: identify target agencies and the decision makers to call.
• Book qualified meetings (agenda set, needs captured, show-up ensured).
• Keep CRM accurate (HubSpot: calls, notes, next steps).

What good looks like (first 90 days)

• 300–400 calls/week → 8–12 qualified meetings booked/week.
• ≥70% show rate and meetings that progress to proposal.
• Clean pipeline, weekly feedback on objections and ICP patterns.

Requirements
Comfort on the phone, resilience to “no,” organized notes; English required (Arabic a plus).

Comp & growth
Base + commission per commission per closed deal; path to AE based on results.
