Position: Techno-Functional Analyst – Industry (Fintech).

Location: Beirut, Corniche Al Mazraa
Employment Type: Full-Time – on-site

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Techno-Functional Analyst – Industry (Fintech).

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during software implementation projects in the banking sector.
• Analyzes, documents, and validates business requirements related to banking operations (e.g., lending, payments, trade finance).
• Perform system analysis, design, testing, debugging, coding.
• Configures and customizes software modules to align with client-specific needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts gap analysis between current client processes and proposed software solutions.
• Supports data migration, system integration, and functional testing activities.
• Delivers end-user training and prepares supporting documentation.
• Provides go-live assistance and post-implementation support.
• Combines strong domain expertise in banking with hands-on technical skills to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Computer, CCE, Data Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in working with APIs and data modules.
• Strong expertise in programming languages (e.g., SQL, MYSQL, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, application development tools, and scalable system architecture.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
