About the role:
You will be responsible for: 
	- Customer Onboarding & Training – Guide new customers through the setup and initial use of the product
- Customer Support & Issue Escalation – Handle inquiries and escalate issues via Jira or email.
- Customer Health Monitoring – Track platform utilization and engagement 
- Database Management – Maintain and update internal databases with accurate client information.
- Feedback Collection – Gather and report feedback on product features, pain points, and overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
	- Recent graduate or graduating this year in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
