• Join Spark Social as a Creator Partnership & Operations Specialist, where you’ll connect brands with top UGC creators across the GCC and keep every collaboration running smoothly. You’ll manage sourcing, onboarding, communication, and project delivery—balancing creativity with operational precision. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with creators, and knows how to turn organized chaos into seamless execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and onboard UGC creators that align with each client’s brand identity, goals, and campaign style.
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and retention within the Spark Social network.
• Oversee communication and coordination between creators, clients, and the internal team—from briefing to delivery—keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Negotiate rates and manage creator budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Track and manage logistics such as shipments, product deliveries, and content deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
• Mediate and resolve issues proactively (payment disputes, missed deadlines, or communication breakdowns) to protect client satisfaction and creator trust.
• Use tools like WhatsApp, Notion, and Google Sheets to organize workflows, monitor progress, and report project statuses efficiently.
   

Key Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or operations within an agency or eCommerce brand.
• Strong understanding of UGC trends, content creation workflows, and influencer partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Experience using project management tools and maintaining clear documentation and reporting.
  Proven track record of working with creators, freelancers, or talent networks at scale.
