Job Scope :
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Full-Time HR & Culture Manager to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, manage recruitment and onboarding, facilitate employee engagement, maintain compliance with labor laws, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding materials for new hires.
- Conduct orientations and ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
2. HR Policies & Compliance:
- Assist in the implementation and updating of company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Support initiatives to boost employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a professional manner.
- Facilitate team-building activities and company events.
4. Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by scheduling reviews and tracking progress.
- Maintain performance records and assist managers with employee development plans.
5. Strategic Leadership & Culture:
- Partner with the CEO and department heads to implement the 3-phase HR roadmap.
- Conduct monthly leadership check-ins and provide coaching feedback summaries.
- Lead employee recognition programs (“NEON Spotlight” and “Employee of the Month”).
- Develop a career path and promotion framework, including salary bands and performance criteria.
6. Training & Development:
- Coordinate cross-department training and upskilling sessions (social media, design, content, communication).
- Build and manage an onboarding and shadowing program for all new hires.
- Track completion and outcomes of leadership coaching and development workshops.
7. Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
- Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.
8. Performance & KPI Alignment:
- Create and maintain a KPI dashboard for each role.
- Ensure consistent monthly 1:1 performance reviews between team leads and their members.
- Align employee objectives with client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
9. Communication & Morale:
- Conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys and share insights with management.
- Organize monthly internal updates or townhalls for visibility and transparency.
- Act as a confidential liaison for staff to raise concerns safely and professionally.
10. Reporting & HR Analytics:
- Provide monthly HR reports summarizing hiring status, retention, attendance, training progress, and morale metrics.
- Recommend process improvements based on data (turnover trends, workload analysis).
11. Administrative HR Support:
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Track HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position: Required to attend the office four days per week – Monday to Thursday.
Sunday is a work-from-home day.
