Job Description
1. Background
Forward MENA has launched an eight-month program to equip adolescent girls in digital literacy. We require a qualified Career Counselor Consultant to conduct a series of career guidance and counseling sessions across designated locations. The sessions aim to support participants in exploring career options, enhancing employability skills, and aligning their career paths with labor market needs.
2. Objectives
The objective of this consultancy is to design and deliver engaging, practical, and interactive sessions to help participants:
- Identify personal strengths and interests.
- Explore potential career pathways and opportunities.
- Learn job search, interview, and CV-building techniques.
3. Scope of Work
The consultant is required to:
- Plan and prepare session objectives as well as content materials.
- Facilitate and Deliver 9 sessions across Beirut, South, and Baalbeck during the first two weeks of December, with each session hosting 10-15 participants and not exceeding 3-4 hours.
- Collect and analyze participants feedback, submitting a brief report after each session.
4. Deliverables
The consultant is expected to produce the following:
- Finalized session plan, materials, and stationery list.
- Delivery of all sessions and facilitation of engagement.
- Attendance sheet, feedback summary, and recommendations.
5. Responsibilities and Resources
The expert will develop the training material that will include hands-on tools, relevant information & templates.
Forward Mena will be responsible of providing the following:
- Venue setup and logistical coordination.
- Participant registration and communication.
- Projector, sound system, and basic stationery.
- Transportation support
6. Consultant Qualifications
The consultant should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career counseling, youth training, or employability programs.
- A background in Career Guidance, Education, Training and Coaching, or any related field.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with vulnerable communities and youth.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel to Beirut, South, and Baalbeck during the specified period.

The Application should include:
- Technical proposal describing the methodology, agenda of the sessions and tools that will be used during the implementation.
- Financial proposal describing the total costs incurred in preparing and providing the sessions. The financial proposal shall be quoted in USD.
- Portfolio of the training events previously organized
- CVs of any individual(s) involved in the implementation.
- Legal Documents including MOF number, company registration and VAT if available. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the 26th of November 2025.
Budget bracket: 2000 – 3000 USD.
