Internship overview:

CME is looking for an HR Intern to provide operational and analytical support to the HR Department in the areas of data processing, system integration, and recruitment operations, contributing to the ongoing HR transformation at the organizational level. 

The position aims to strengthen HR’s data integrity, digitalization, and efficiency through hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and/or other internal platforms. The intern will work closely with the HR, Legal, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and standardization of HR processes across departments and countries. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, or related field. 
• 1-2 years of prior experience or internship in HR, recruitment, or data processing. 
• Basic knowledge of HR systems; experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People is an asset. 
• Proficient in Excel, data entry, and visualization tools (Power BI or similar desirable). 
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail. 
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and tools. 
• Interpersonal skills
