# Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating responsive, efficient, and backend in Java using the Spring Boot framework.

# Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain backend features using the Spring framework.

+ Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

+ Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

# Requirements

+ Experience in the Java programming language and the Spring framework.

+ Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

+ Solid understanding of core programming principles.

+ Experience with version control systems such as Git.

+ Good communication skills and Strong proficiency in English
