Job Description

Job Purpose:

Developing academic material intended for use at the SABIS^® School Network, and ensuring their quality is up to SABIS^® standards. As well as, providing support to schools and centers to ensure all exams are managed properly and the teaching pace at the schools is running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and reviewing SABIS^® textbooks and supplement books to ensure that the textbooks follow the SABIS^® Point System and methodology.
• Developing and reviewing material for databanks to ensure that the quality of the questions is up to SABIS^® standards.
• Analyzing and evaluating issues on academic material to ensure all corrections and enhancements are applied.
• Reviewing technology material intended for academic usage to provide students with a better learning experience.
• Approving developed content for SABIS^® subject material to ensure SABIS^® quality standards.
• Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure that staff members have the support they need to be efficient and productive team members.

Ideal Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the related subject. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Teaching Diploma is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field
• English proficient
