About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in AI-driven architectures, agentic systems, and cloud-native development. You’ll build intelligent, scalable web applications and contribute to cutting-edge AI workflows — from orchestration and retrieval to vector-based search and human-in-the-loop pipelines.

This role combines traditional full stack engineering with modern AI system design and cloud infrastructure management, ensuring our AI applications are performant, secure, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

🧠 AI & Agentic Systems Development

• Design and build multi-step agentic systems using LangGraph (preferred) or LangChain graphs.
• Implement planning/orchestration logic, tool usage, retries/timeouts, guardrails, and agent memory (short-term, episodic, semantic, and vector).
• Build human-in-the-loop features, including review/approval gates, correction loops, escalation paths, and audit trails
• Develop and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines:
  • Chunking strategies
  • Hybrid search (BM25 + vector)
  • Parent-child / graph RAG
  • Query rewriting & reranking
  • Grounding with citations, hallucination control, and evaluation workflows.
• Work with vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, Pinecone) and understand HNSW/IVF parameters, recall/latency tradeoffs, sharding, compaction, and embeddings versioning/caching.

💻 Full Stack Development

• Design and implement front-end (React, Next.js, or similar) and back-end (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, or similar) applications.
• Build scalable APIs and integrate with AI pipelines and microservices.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability through clean architecture, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and ML teams.

☁️ Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure

• Develop, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Use cloud-native tools and services for containerization, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures supporting AI workloads and vector database deployments.
• Manage networking, storage, and security configurations aligned with best practices.
• Optimize performance and cost efficiency in multi-environment setups (dev/staging/prod).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks.
• Experience in building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or LangChain.
• Deep understanding of vector databases and RAG systems.
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, data flow, and security fundamentals.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Exposure to Kubernetes, serverless, and container orchestration.
• Experience fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs and open-weight models.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Contributions to open-source AI or cloud projects.
