- At least one year of experience in Retail Sales environment or FMCG industry.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Man is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
Operational:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, escalating issues, and ensuring a visually appealing sales floor and a positive shopping experience .
- Arrange the sales floor well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing to attract customers .
- Checking the inventory levels and informing supervisor to ensure product availability .
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized service and product recommendations and promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business .
- Escalate customer complaints and issues to Supervisor for a satisfactory resolution .
- Assist in implementation of administrative tasks related to sales promotions, special events, and customer outreach initiatives.
Quality Control & Compliance:
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Follow loss prevention policies to minimize theft and shrinkage.
