Internship overview:

• CV Screening & Shortlisting : Review incoming CVs, match them against job requirements, and create a shortlist for HR review.
• Candidate Data Management: Update and maintain candidate records on Excel/ATS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, send confirmations, follow-ups, and assist with interview logistics.
• Initial Candidate Screening Calls: Conduct basic screening calls to assess availability, interest, location, and salary expectations.
• Administrative HR Support: Assist with filing, documentation, offer letter preparation, and general HR admin tasks.

Major preference: Human Resources Management

Requirements: 

• Microsoft Excel
• Great communication skills, proficient in English
