shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. shareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs.

Internship location:  Aintoura Keserwan

Internship overview: 

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
•  Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
•  Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Collaborate with the Financial Officer and other team members to improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Handle any additional accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, BT or TS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Visual Dolphin)
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic, and English (French is a plus)
• Communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and technological literacy
