Accounting Assistant
Job Description
Location: Amman

Role Description:
- Prepare, issue, and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure accurate billing information and a smooth invoicing process
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies and invoice details
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts receivable and support collection efforts
- Record vendor invoices in the accounting system and obtain appropriate approvals
- As part of the local team in Amman, you will be asked to support some administrative functions for the Amman team, as directed by the General Manager of the Jordan office
- Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Focused on details and accuracy
- Capacity to organize, plan, and participate in various projects, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude
- Possesses creativity, self-motivation, curiosity to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with using and learning computer software applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Responsible & team-oriented
- Constantly strives for improvement
