Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, software licensing, or technology services. They will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client needs.
• Promote IT solutions, software licensing, cloud services, and related products.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client technical and business requirements.
• Provide accurate product information, proposals, and quotations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow up on post-sales issues.
Market & Product Knowledge
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, cloud platforms, and licensing models.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer buying behaviors.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries.
• Update CRM regularly with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Female professional with a passion for IT, client service, and business development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions or software licensing.
• Strong understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or enterprise software (is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Microsoft tools and Apps.
• Familiarity with IT service portfolios (cloud, SharePoint, Customized App).
• Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
