Location: Lebanon

Internship overview: 

• Support the Senior Product Manager in daily product activities using Lean and Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery follow-ups
• Assist in user research and discovery by supporting interviews, surveys, and feedback analysis as part of the design thinking process
• Help translate product ideas and user needs into clear user stories, basic requirements, and structured documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams to track progress, clarify requirements, and support smooth execution
• Document insights, decisions, and learnings, and contribute to continuous improvement through testing, iteration, and validated learning

Majors preferences: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management, MIA (Management information system)

Technical requirements:

• Prompt engineering skills to effectively use AI tools for research, documentation, and analysis
• Strong research skills, including desk research, competitor analysis, and synthesis of insights
•  Familiarity with project management and delivery tools such as ClickUp or Jira
• Proficiency with vibe coding tools and willingness to learn

Other skills:

•  Basic data analysis skills using spreadsheets to track metrics, user feedback, or experiment results
•  Experience or exposure to product documentation and collaboration tools such as Notion, Confluence, or Google Workspace
•  Basic understanding of wireframing or prototyping tools like Figma to support the design thinking process
