Internship overview:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and orientation
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
• Support payroll and attendance tracking processes
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support
• Help enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Assist in performance management and appraisal documentation
• Contribute to HR reports, metrics, and data analysis
• Support internal communication and HR initiatives
