What’s the role?

As Bilo’s UI/UX Designer (Product Designer), you’ll work directly with the founder to shape how the product looks, feels, and works. You’ll take ideas from early product discussions and turn them into clear user flows, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready mockups.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product design across the platform (flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI).
• Translate product ideas and requirements into intuitive user journeys.
• Design web app interfaces, dashboards, multi-step workflows, and websites.
• Create developer-ready mockups, including states, components, and handoff details.
• Define and evolve a design system to ensure consistency and speed.
• Use AI design tools to accelerate research, ideation, and execution.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs.

Who You Are

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
• Strong balance of UX thinking and visual/UI execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, or other similar tools.
• Proven experience designing real-world products.
• Based in Lebanon and open to a hybrid setup.

Bonus Points

• Startup experience or strong interest in early-stage companies.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up design workflows.
